Step 1. Submit Form
To offer your support, please fill in the form to the right with your contact information. Also, please indicate whether you are an individual with a small shipment or a company/ organization with interest in hosting a dropbox for a two week cell phone collection drive. Either way, you will be contacted via email or phone for further action steps.
Step 2. Collect Phones
If you would like to champion a cell phone collection drive at your organization, we would be delighted to help! Depending on your location, we will either ship you a CellPhonesForAutism dropbox or personally deliver it to your office.
Once you have the dropbox, place it where the majority of your colleagues/friends/neighbors will see it on a regular basis, such as a lobby, receptionist desk, water cooler, or lunch room. Also, please be sure to put it in a safe place. To maximize the participation, three notifications are recommended – one message (email, voicemail, fax, etc.) as the initial notification, second message as a reminder, and the third message one day before the drop box is picked up. In case you need them, we have pre-written emails ready to be delivered.
Step 3. Dropbox Pickup
To encourage efficient participation and effectively support all of our dropbox locations, we recommend a placement for two weeks in your office. This allows plenty of time to gather the necessary support, but also allows your organization to move on to other worthwhile efforts. Depending on your location, we will pick up your dropbox or email a shipping label to ship to our office.
