Your overcomplicating a dumb simple woman….

  2. ERAUPRCWA says:

you didn’t get the Fruit fly thing and the connection to Autism… sometimes studying things that don’t make sense can and have lead to medical miracles with cures and reasoning behind certain illnesses and diseases. tax cuts, yeah, he’s letting them expire in 2011, Republicans want to increase the tax cuts. define winning? it’s not only about Bin Laden it’s about a terrorist organization not just one person and because of Iraq, they’re bigger! please do some further research on the issues.

  3. ERAUPRCWA says:

wow, that’s pretty cool. There are so many earmarks out there and yeah some are completely just a waste of money but some do have a purpose, there’s an earmark in the stim. for Pig poop research… sounds dumb but it actually has to deal with housing development close to a farm area (something of that nature) and it will affect a town in Ohio or Iowa… point is, is certain things sound really useless but it’s actually very important.

And then they spend 20 million on a Creation Museum where you can ride robotic dinosaurs! Why donate money to health research when you can educate ppl about Creation Science?????? ……………………L. O. L.

  5. MyOverflow says:

This one video is what made me absolutely pissed off at Sarah Palin. She’s just a screwed up, whack job creationist who would rather fuck the country up and welcome mass-destruction for the “end times” than care for the people who are alive and work for the betterment of society.

  6. MyOverflow says:

    @SaudaraLink:
She opposes fruit fly research, that’s exactly WHY she opposes autism research! Fruit fly research has helped make strides forward in lowering the risks of being born autistic.

    There are two responses:
She’s either opposing autism research, making her a hypocrite, or
She’s ignorant, which means she’s not even qualified to be president (she’s going to run in 2012)

  7. masticina says:

Palin opposes modern society anyway, I mean she is a creationist piece of ..work.

Hell if she can’t control her own family [teen pregnancy here I go] ..

  8. acheese9 says:

    Oh, never fear. She’s both!

  9. ebusdk says:

remember when news just reported news, and let people form their OWN fing oppinion? remember that? remember when every newreported DIDENT try a to be a comedian?

  10. sgsfdgfsdfsdfsddf says:

    science is important…

  11. Neanderthalcouzin says:

Well, I think it’s influenced partly by the fact that most academics and scientists are liberal, and if not completely at least more left leaning.
So they aren’t incorporated, from the grass roots level right up to the high government positions, into conservative movements. Just take a look at who McCain’s proposed scientific advisers were versus Obamas. Obamas were all highly respected scientists, nobel winners and the like. McCain’s, disturbingly, were entrepreneurs and businessmen.

  12. redhead761 says:

ERAUPRCWA, YOU ARE RIGHT! The only unfortunate thing about that is that the pig farmers lived there for generations before someone sold their neighboring farm and that housing development was built! Then they find the pig excrement in their water. What a freakin’ surprise! It happens like that ALL the time.

  13. ERAUPRCWA says:

around my neighborhood we have a Mushroom farm, you can only imagine the smell. I live in a residential area. Several years ago, the state of Washington (I live) had to throw money into finding ways to get rid of the smell to which drove down home values for my area. And because of throwing money at the issue, we don’t have the issue with the smell anymore. On paper by it’s name, it may look useless but it actually serves a greater deed.

  14. pokersavage1 says:

oh please you’re all pretty brainwashed.. what we should do is show everyone how the mercury in the vaccines is causing the autism and also shouldn’t have mercury fillings and mercury in our ocean waters and in our tap water and high fructose corn syrup. It’s there bc the people who run this country are all about depopulation and sterilization. This stuff is widely known and is 100% fact. Go look at John holdren obamas science czar ..wrote a book in 77 promoting sterilants in water supply.Fact

“remember when every newreported DIDENT try a to be a comedian?”

Those were good days. If only we could fix that, and our educational system. Which would include…ahem…better grammar.

  16. ebusdk says:

relax man – I’m Danish, so english is only my third language. It’s fairly naive of you to expect everyone to be either english or have a perfect english, even when they live in a non-english speaking country.

Lets see how well you read/write/speak Danish, Swedish, German or anything else than your native language

  17. AragornIsStrider says:

I sincerely abologize. I was a dick to comment on your grammar.

I’m so used to so many of my fellow Americans spelling badly, that I subconciously pigeonhole entire groups of internet people sometimes, to my detriment.

I hope you understand my accident.

  18. ebusdk says:

apology accepted – carry on :)

  19. KingR3aper says:

…Fruit……fly research………….. oh my god…. she is so stupid. At this point she had no realized how much they’ve contributed to what shes…wow

I want to slap her in the face.

  20. glennis3 says:

Sarah is way over her head when she has to do anything other than mouth opinions which the far right has given her.

  21. hellacool75 says:

    ROFL

  22. TranshumanCyborg says:

Fruit Flies are a plant pathogen, so I don’t see how it could be seen as being that worthy of ridicule.

  23. TranshumanCyborg says:

Don’t you mean “abology” accepted? lol

  24. ebusdk says:

haha – that was below the belt :)

  25. goingtoeatpizza says:

@TranshumanCyborg The fact that she mentioned fruit fly research in that way shows how uneducated she is.

Fruit flys are the starting point for many kinds of genetic research infact there have been more then 80000 different studies performed of which many have ended up directly benefiting humans. EG the autism research the journalist mentioned and many other genetic and nerological conditions.
